Your Account Settings allow you to update your profile, as well as change your notification and email preferences. You'll be able to access these settings from either your profile menu (top right corner) or the Settings icon (lower left corner).
Account Settings
Here you'll see your display name, email address, and current password listed. To make any changes, select the purple "Update Profile" button.
This will redirect you to your Cisco/Webex login where after signing in, you'll be able to see and edit your profile information.
**If you're unable to edit your Webex credentials, you'll need to contact your Webex administrator.
You'll also see the option here to make your Vidcast recording views anonymous. By default when you're logged in and you view someone else's video, they'll see that you've watched it. This option here makes it so that your viewing will be recorded as anonymous.
App Settings
In this tab, you will be able to change preferences for your user interface.
You can choose a different theme- light, dark, or have it mirror you browser preferences. Additionally, you can change the language of the website to up to 30 languages*:

And finally, here is where you will be able to disable generation of AI content for your videos (feature currently in Beta).
Notifications
On this page, you'll be able to customize what email notifications you receive from Vidcast. By default, you'll receive emails when people view, comment on, and/or leave emoji reactions for your recordings. You can adjust these settings here, as well as toggle on or off our product/marketing updates and AI generation notifications.
You'll also see a dropdown menu where you can adjust how often you receive these notification emails. Plus, if you don't want any emails at all from Vidcast - we make it easy with one button.
Webex Meetings
In this tab, you will be able to disconnect the Webex Meeting integration from your Vidcast account.
Please note, that you will need to delete all imported Webex Meeting recordings before you disable the integration.
