When a video is added to a page, it will automatically change it's sharing permissions according to share permission you have set for the page.

Please note that viewers will not be able to access the page until it is published. You can however invite editors to your page even if it is unpublished and they will be able to see any edits.

Drafts and Published pages

Pages can have two states- Draft and Published.

Your page is in a draft from the moment you start creating it, up until you publish it. While the page is in a draft, any changes you make will automatically save, allowing you to continue with edits at any time. Drafts will be only accessible to you and your designated editors.

Once your page is ready to be shared, click on Publish. Publishing the page will make it visible according to its sharing permissions.
