Reviewing who watched your video is easy. Creators and Editors for the video can click on the video's view counter (below the video) which will open up a list of viewers who watched the video for more than 3 seconds.

When the video is set to Open link, we do not require users to log in and any such viewers will appear in the list as Anonymous. Furthermore, each user can set their view appear as anonymous, and the view will appear as such, even if the video is Restricted

Download viewer activity

If you need to get more details about the activity of your viewers, understand how much of the video they completed, when they dropped off and more, we can certainly provide that!

You can download a detailed .cvs report by clicking on the Download viewer activity button in the list of views, or from the Insights page (by video).

Please note that this feature is in Beta. It might take slightly longer to generate and not all views might be captured in the report in some rare cases.

The output file will contain following data:

  • Date and time viewed

  • User's email address

  • Name and Surname

  • Duration of the video viewed

  • Total video duration

  • % of video completed

  • Whether user watched 95% of the video

  • Viewer drop-off time

  • Average playback speed

  • Number of seeks (how many times they skipped on the timeline)
