Integrate Microsoft Teams with Vidcast
Connecting your Microsoft Teams account with Vidcast takes only a couple of steps:
Navigate to your account settings-> integrations
If you see a copy-able link, you will need to share it with your Microsoft Teams administrator. They will need to approve the integration for your Microsoft Teams organization. This is only needed once per organization.
Once your administrators approve the integration, click on "Sign in with your Microsoft account" in the Integrations tab to sign in. You will also be required to grant permissions to connect the integration with you specific account. Once you accept, your integration is fully set up!
If you get a message Need admin approval instead, that means your admins did not approve the integration for your organization yet. Please repeat step no.2.
Import your Microsoft Teams meetings
Once you connect your Microsoft Teams account, you can import your Teams meetings from anywhere in Vidcast by clicking on the arrow up button next to the New video button.
You will see all your imported meetings in Feed-> Microsoft Teams meetings tab. Alternatively, you can also preview and import your meetings from that tab, or from your home feed.
Please note that only Teams meeting recordings associated with an event on the user's calendar can be imported via this integration.
