Your organization can have a dedicated Company homepage that will replace Home as a default homepage for all Vidcast users in your organization. Designated editors can then curate videos that are most relevant for your company and give them the spotlight they deserve.
To set up a company homepage, your Webex administrators have to enable the feature within your organizations Control Hub. This toggle can be found under Services-> Vidcast-> Company Homepage.
Company pages are available only to Webex organizations with claimed domains.
By default, your Company page will be titled the same as your Webex organization name. Your administrators can further customize the Company homepage title to rename the Company homepage.
To create the Company homepage, Webex admins will need to designate at least one editor by typing in their email and clicking Add. This will create an empty draft for designated editor/s under the Home tab in Vidcast.
There, editors will be able to create a homepage that will be visible to users with your claimed domains once published. You will find more information about Page creation in our dedicated Pages article.
A few notes about editors for the Company homepage:
Company homepage will be visible only to designated editors until it is published.
You can only add editors with an email belonging to one of your claimed domains
By default, all claimed domains belonging to your Webex organization will have the Company page visible (once set up). If not all of your claimed domains are relevant for this feature, Webex administrators can tweak the list of domains by clicking on Edit Company Homepage domains button.
Please note there can be only one Company homepage per Webex organization.
