Processing time depends on the following:
Your upload speed. Check your upload speed to make sure it’s at the recommended 5mbps or more on speedtest.net.
Video length. Longer videos will take a little longer to process.
Internet connection. When recording, make sure you are connected to a stable internet connection. If possible, disconnect from any VPNs to minimize any issues. If you do experience an interruption while recording a video, this could lead to processing issues which may not let you finalize your vidcast.
What if my video won’t finalize?
If it has been longer than 20 minutes and your video is still not finalized, please reach out to help@vidcast.io and we can further assist.
