We have shipped the ability to upload external videos directly into Vidcast! 🎉 Simply navigate over to the top right of your Vidcast page and click on the "up arrow" icon to choose a file from your device. We support .mp4, .mkv, .wmv, .webm, and .mov files and have a file size limit of 2GB. Once you have uploaded your video, you can access this from the "My Videos" page and edit and share as you wish! Watch this Vidcast for step-by-step instructions.
This is a premium feature for Enterprise Webex Suite customers. If this is not available in your Vidcast app, please reach out to your Cisco contact or our chat widget to inquire about enabling it.
Please note that only videos with single video/audio track can be uploaded to Vidcast. If your video has multiple tracks, you will need to remove them first before attempting an upload.
