Screen recording and in-built virtual backgrounds are currently disabled on RoomOS devices due to instability issues. Our Engineers are working over the clock to bring the full functionality back!
Users who have a Webex device that can be used as an external camera and/or mic (supported devices include: Webex Desk Pro, Webex Room Kit Mini*) to record a Vidcast.
You simply would connect your device to your laptop via USB-C and then select that device as your camera via the gear icon in recording preview panel in the Vidcast app.
Additionally, you can then leverage additional features such as noise cancellation as well as virtual backgrounds available via Webex devices.
